The smart entrepeneour Paris Hilton is still in London promoting her new show 'BFF' UK version, and she was spotted leaving her Hotel for another day of promotions! I mean Paris Hilton is just everywhere, you name it!!! Asia, South America, Central America, Europe, and of course the U.S.... Bitch knows how to make money, and i have to give her all the credit for that!!
