Hillary Clinton was confirmed on Wednesday as the new U.S. secretary of state, a day after hitting a termporary snag. The U.S. Senate overwhelmingly endorsed Clinton in a rollcall vote late afternoon. Clinton's confirmation was held up Tuesday when Republican John Cornyn of Texas objected to a unanimous voice vote in her case.
Congrats.....This is going to be the best Government ever ( I hope)
