The Queen of charts Rihanna attended the RIIA and feeding America Inauguration charity ball, She usually has a unique sense of style, and even though she always takes risks when it comes to fashion. This dress on the other hand is kinda short and i think there is too much going on!!! Tell me what you think about the dress.....I could be wrong ;)
