Ahhhhh the golden boy, David Beckham was spotted out and about in Milan, and as usual the hottie was plagued by tons of fans and paparazzi. I must say that he was looking kinda rough, seems he didn't get his beauty sleep in the pictures. No matter, what he wears, i usually find him hot...but not so much in these pictures. We all have those days, when we really don't feel like looking pretty, but whatever he is still David Beckham!!
